1. Acceptance of Terms

This website is operated by Aastha Nutri Foods (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Gujarat, India. By accessing the site, browsing products, creating an account or placing an order, you (“you”, the “customer”) accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or place orders through it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to purchase from this site. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete.

3. Products & Descriptions

• We sell stone-ground and sprouted flours milled in small batches. As natural, minimally processed foods, colour, texture and aroma can vary slightly from batch to batch — that variation is normal and not a defect.
• Product images are for illustration. Packaging may differ from what is shown as we improve it.
• We take care to describe products accurately, including net weight, ingredients and shelf life. If a genuine error appears on the site (for example, an obviously wrong price or weight), we may cancel affected orders and refund you in full.
• All products are subject to availability. Because we mill in small batches, items may occasionally go out of stock; we will notify you and refund any unavailable item.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST where applicable. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already placed and confirmed.
• Payment can be made by UPI, credit/debit card, net banking or Cash on Delivery (where available). Online payments are processed by secure third-party gateways — we never see or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
• An order is confirmed only when payment succeeds (or, for COD, when we accept the order) and you receive a confirmation email or message.

5. Orders & Cancellation

• By you: you may cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched, from your account or by contacting us. Once dispatched, the order follows our Returns & Refunds terms instead.
• By us: we may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the delivery address is unserviceable, we suspect fraud or bulk reselling, or there was a clear listing error. If we cancel a prepaid order, we refund the full amount.
• Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are initiated within 2 business days and typically reach your account in 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India through third-party courier partners. Orders are milled and packed fresh, and typically dispatch within 2–4 business days.
• Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays, weather and regional disruptions are outside our control.
• Shipping is free on orders above ₹499; charges for smaller orders are shown at checkout.
• Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or repeated unavailability, re-shipping costs may apply.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse it or note the damage with the courier, and contact us within 48 hours with photos.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because flour is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns of opened packets for hygiene and food-safety reasons. That said, we stand behind what we mill:

• Damaged, defective or wrong items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full — your choice.
• Quality concerns: if a product is off in smell, taste or texture within its shelf life when stored as directed, write to us. We will make it right.
• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (or by bank transfer for COD orders) within 5–7 business days of approval.
• Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Food Safety & Allergens

• Our products are milled in a facility that handles wheat (gluten), millets and legumes. Despite careful cleaning between batches, trace cross-contact between grains cannot be completely ruled out.
• Always check the ingredient list on the packet if you have an allergy or intolerance. If in doubt, ask us before ordering.
• Store flour as directed on the packet (cool, dry, airtight) and use it within the stated shelf life. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery.
• Our content — including recipes and health notes — is general information, not medical or dietary advice. Consult a professional for specific dietary needs.

9. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, bulk reselling or violation of these terms.

10. Coupons & Offers

• Coupons and promotional offers are valid for the period, products and usage limits stated with the offer, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Unless stated otherwise, one coupon can be used per order and offers cannot be combined.
• We may withdraw or modify an offer at any time; orders already placed with a valid coupon are honoured.
• Misuse of coupons (multiple accounts, automated redemption) may lead to order cancellation and account suspension.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or overload it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, other accounts, or our systems.
• Scrape, copy or republish site content or product listings for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• Post reviews or content that are false, defamatory, obscene or infringe anyone's rights. We may moderate or remove such content.

12. Intellectual Property

The Aastha Nutri Foods name, logo, sunburst mark, website design, text, images and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not use them without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial browsing and sharing links to the site.

If you leave a review or send us feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it to promote our products, with your first name only unless agreed otherwise.

13. Limitation of Liability

• We provide the website on an “as is” basis and do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays and failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (courier disruptions, natural events, strikes, and similar force-majeure circumstances).
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions that give you additional forums, courts in Gujarat, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site.

We would much rather resolve issues directly — please contact us first, and we will do our best to sort things out quickly.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time — for example, when we add payment methods, delivery regions or services. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
